Instructors can download and save a Grade Center as a comma-delimited file for use in a spreadsheet program. This file, or Grade Center items in this file, can be uploaded to a Grade Center at a later date.
Follow the steps below to open the Download Grade Center page.
Click Download and select where to save the Grade Center file. Downloading a Grade Center does not remove any information from the Grade Center.

Note: The Total and Weighted Total columns are included in a Grade Center download. However, these columns will not be included in a Grade Center Upload, because they are generated by calculations within the Grade Center. The Instructor cannot manipulate the data for these areas. |
