Manage Items

Overview

The Manage Items page allows the Instructor to modify Grade Center items and select the order for them to appear in the Grade Center.

Find this page

Follow the steps below to open the Manage Items page.

  1. Select Grade Center in Assessments on the Control Panel.
  2. Select Manage Items.

Functions

The following functions are available from the Manage Items page.

set the order for items to be listed on the View Spreadsheet page

the drop-down list next to each item name and select the order for them to appear.

modify the Grade Center item

Modify. The Modify Grade Center Item page will appear.

remove a Grade Center item

Remove. A warning will appear. Removing a Grade Center item is irreversible.

Add a Grade Center item

Add Item. The Modify Grade Center Item page will appear.

Remove items

Items that have been uploaded to the Grade Center, or input directly into the Grade Center, may be removed from this page. Items that have been created in the Blackboard Learning System(Tests, Surveys, and Assignments) must be removed from the area where they were created. For example, a Test created in the Blackboard Learning System, must be removed from the Test Manager.
