Multiple-choice questions allow the users a multitude of choices with only one correct answer. In multiple-choice questions, users indicate the correct answer by selecting a radio button. The number of answer choices is limited to 20.

Open the Test Canvas for an assessment..

Select Multiple Choice from the question type drop-down list. Click Go.

Enter the Question Text.

Assign a Point Value and complete the partial credit options if necessary.

Select the number of answers and complete the answer options.

Complete any advanced features for the questions as defined by the Creation Settings of the assessment.

Click Submit to add the question to the assessment.
