Note: If the Blackboard Community System is not installed, the options for selecting roles will not appear.
Administrators may make Portfolios available to users with specific roles on the Portfolio Settings page.
Follow these steps to open Portfolio Settings page.
Select Portfolios under Content System on the Administrator Panel.
Select Portfolio Settings.
The following fields are available on the Portfolio Settings page.

Select Yes or No to make Portfolio s available on the system. If Yes is selected, select the User Roles that may create Portfolios. |

Everyone |
Select this option to make Portfolios available to everyone in the system. If this option is selected, no roles are placed in the Selected Roles list. |

Select Roles |
Select which roles will have access to Portfolios in the Available Roles box. Use the arrows to move these roles into the Selected Roles list. Portfolios are available to users with roles that appear in the Selected Roles list. If roles are selected, No must be selected in the Everyone field. |
