Templates are used in portfolios to create custom Web pages. The Administrator may create a series of templates that users can then choose to use when creating a portfolio. A number of templates are included in the Blackboard Content System; these may also be modified by the Administrator to suit the needs of the institution.
Note: Existing Portfolio pages will not be changed when a template is modified, removed, or made unavailable.
Follow these steps to open the Portfolio Templates page.
Step 1 Open the Blackboard Learning System Administrator Control Panel.
Step 2 Select Portfolio Templates under Content System.
The following functions are available on the Portfolio Templates page.

Add Template. The Add Portfolio Template page will appear. |

the check box next to each template that should be removed then click Remove in the action bar. The template will be removed from the system. |

Modify next to the template. The Modify Template page will appear. Administrators modify the template and availability from this page. |
