The Export Module page is used to create a System Extension of modules that can be downloaded and applied at other institutions or on a Virtual Installation at the same institution. When a package is created it is created with the name given in the Name field as a .WAR file. It can then be added to another Blackboard Portal System as a System Extension.
Click Export Modules from the Portal Areas section of the System Control Panel.

Check this box to allow Administrators to remove the module from the list of available modules without removing the System Extension (and all the other modules). |

Check this box if the module can be detached from a common area and viewed in a separate window. |
