Administrators can troubleshoot Course Cartridge downloads from the Cartridge Import Status page. Downloads that do not complete correctly can be removed from the system or restarted.

Follow these steps to open the Cartridge Import Status page.
Step 1 Click Logs from the System Options section of the System Control Panel.
Step 2 Click Cartridge Import Status.

Remove a Cartridge Download that is in progress or has failed to complete |
Remove. Any Cartridge content that was added to the course will be deleted. |

Reset a download that has failed to complete |
Reset. The download will begin again. |
