The Reply Options page allows users to set reply options, including
· the Reply-to address option
· the include message in reply option
· the reply to all recipients option

Follow the steps below to find the Reply Options page.
Step 1 Click Web Email in the Tools box.
Step 2 Login in to Web Email.
Step 3 Click Preferences.
Step 4 Select Reply Options.

Use Reply-To address: |
Click Yes to include the Reply to address in reply messages. Click No and the Reply to address will not be included. |

Include message in reply: |
Click Yes to include the original message in the reply. Click No and the reply will not include the original message. |

Reply to all recipients: |
Click Yes and the default reply option will be to reply to all recipients of the original message. Click No and the default reply option will be to reply to the sender of the original message. |

String to designate included text: |
Specifies what characters precede an included message. Included messages are enclosed by square brackets. |
