When users click an email message the Read Message page opens. Messages may be deleted and printed from this page and users may reply and forward messages. The Read Message Options page, which is covered in more detail later, is used to control the information displayed on the Read Message page.
Follow the steps below to find the Read Message page:
Step 1 Click Web Email in the Tools box.
Step 2 Login to Web Email.
Step 3 Click the subject line of a message.
To use the functions available on the Read Message page, follow the table below.

· to reply to the sender without a copy of the original message select Sender.
· to reply to all recipients without a copy of the original message select All.
· to reply to the sender and include a copy of the original message select Sender, Include.
· to reply to all recipients and include a copy of the original message select All, Include.
Click Reply. |
